Maplestory Phantom.

Why I like the artist: His designs and the way can portray the characters (Aside from his art being beautiful) He managed to portray Phantom in all his mischievous glory and give him that infuriating teasing look that's so within his character. Plus i like his step by step art (Although it doesn't really tell me much but i like how i saw the character go from plain to wow.)
